Statement of Purpose
Well let’s see. I’m starting this blog as a means to bring some quality control back into my public writing life. My LiveJournal page is simply too unstructured for my purposes. I’ve always been curious about Wordpress, but repulsed by the need for an independent server, and my own lack of coding knowledge. Then I discovered blogsome and was greatly intrigued. So far things have progressed wonderfully, I quite happy with this hosting service. Now that I’ve used wordpress I would feel comfortable buying my own server space. But this service is free and had a nice support community so I have no really good reasons to leave.
Current project:
Get my pages to appear correctly formated.– Considering just simply using links to normal posts. I cannot figure out how to get the perma pages to show up as anything more than a solid block of text.
